We have seven offices available, ranging in size and configuration. All include a desk, sofas, and dimmable lighting.
Office 1
Standard office. Includes a desk, armchair, sofa and a bookshelf for your personal effects.
Leases from $241/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,266/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $20.
Office 2
Large office, well suited for couples work. Includes a desk, armchair, and a sofa.
Leases from $290/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,524/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $24.
Office 3
Standard office. Includes a desk, armchair, sofa and a bookshelf for your personal effects.
Leases from $237/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,244/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $19.
Office 4
Large office, well suited for couples or family work. Includes a desk, armchair, and a large sofa.
Leases from $285/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,496/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $23.
Office 5
Standard office. Includes a desk, armchair, sofa and a bookshelf for your personal effects.
Leases from $251/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,318/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $20.
Office 6
Standard office. Includes a desk, armchair, sofa and a bookshelf for your personal effects.
Leases from $243/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,279/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $20.
Office 7
Windowless office with dimmable lighting and an electric fireplace. Well suited for conducting assessments. Includes armchair, sofa, and a moveable desk.
Leases from $231/month (4-hour weekly block) to $1,214/month (full-time).
Hourly rate: $19.
All rates are subject to GST/QST.
Rental Arrangements
We offer flexible arrangements to suit different levels of use:
Hourly — ideal for practitioners who need occasional space without a long-term commitment. Billed per session.
Weekly block lease — a recurring weekly block of 4, 8, or 12 hours, secured through an annual lease. The more hours you commit to, the greater the discount.
Full-time — dedicated office access on an annual lease, for practitioners who want a consistent, permanent base.
Multiple office options are available depending on your preferred schedule and level of use. We’re happy to help you figure out which arrangement makes the most sense for your practice.
