I am a psychologist specializing in helping adults struggling with trauma, narcissistic abuse, body image issues and emotional eating, chronic illness and the challenges associated with neurodiversity. ELENA GRINEVITCH (she/her)

Counselling Intern
I help individuals identify and overcome obstacles en route to developing a more meaningful and fulfilled life. More than ever, we are constantly exposed to opinions and information through both virtual and physical social networks that transform our self-perception. Intern Psychologist
I am genuinely interested in who you are, your journey and what brought you here. It is my goal to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share, express and discover. Together we will explore your struggles, help you find meaning as well as strategies to cope and grow on this journey called life. I use an eclectic approach tailored to your needs. PAYTON BERNETT (they/them)
Intern Psychologist
I am an intern psychologist in my last year of my PhD. I specialize in working with clients with needs related to complex trauma, dissociation and dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder, depression, and anxiety, as well as other needs. I also specialize in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients from a social justice and anti-oppressive lens. I strive to be actively anti-racist and -neurodiversity-affirming in my practice.
