DR. JULIA DI NARDO (she/her)
Psychologist and Co-Director
I am a psychologist specializing in helping adults struggling with trauma, narcissistic abuse, body image issues and emotional eating, chronic illness and the challenges associated with neurodiversity. My skills and experience allow me to get to the root of the problem quickly, and show you what’s been holding you back from being your happiest and healthiest.
ELENA GRINEVITCH (she/her)
Psychologist and Co-Director
I am a psychologist specializing in helping individuals who are caught in a pattern of unhealthy and frustrating relationships, and long for authentic and meaningful connections. My skills and experience allow me to get to the bottom of the issue quickly and effectively, so that you can overcome them and learn better ways of relating to others and ultimately, yourself.
EMMA COHEN (she/her)
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, eating disorders and body image, and relational trauma among adolescents and adults. My focus is on creating a warm and empathetic space where you may feel understood, respected and supported unconditionally.
SARA HASSAN (she/her)
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions, with children, adolescents and adults. I believe in respecting each person’s unique motivations in seeking therapy, and aim to provide a safe and non-judgmental space in which we can work at each client’s pace.
CORY DANKNER (he/him)
I help individuals identify and overcome obstacles en route to developing a more meaningful and fulfilled life. More than ever, we are constantly exposed to opinions and information through both virtual and physical social networks that transform our self-perception. I am passionate about working with individuals to increase self-discovery and self-awareness around their authentic needs, desires, and sense of self.
ALYSSA JAMES (she/her)
I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, burnout, and relationships. I work collaboratively with individuals to help increase self-awareness and self-compassion which I view as key tools for learning, and unlearning, about aspects that are currently taking away from one's ability to live wholeheartedly.
SOPHIA KNOCHE (she/her)

I am genuinely interested in who you are, your journey and what brought you here. It is my goal to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to share, express and discover. Together we will explore your struggles, help you find meaning as well as strategies to cope and grow on this journey called life. I use an eclectic approach tailored to your needs. I specialize in relationships, interpersonal difficulties, anxiety, phobias, food and body image, anger, self-esteem, emotional regulation, sexuality, communication/assertiveness, boundary setting and trauma.
PAYTON BERNETT (they/them)
I am an intern psychologist in my last year of my PhD. I specialize in working with clients with needs related to complex trauma, dissociation and dissociative disorders, borderline personality disorder, depression, and anxiety, as well as other needs. I also specialize in working with 2SLGBTQIA+ clients from a social justice and anti-oppressive lens. I strive to be actively anti-racist and -neurodiversity-affirming in my practice.

I’m Veronica, the Client Care Coordinator at the Healing Tree Psychology and Wellness Centre. My role is to ensure that you receive the best care from our center by pairing you with the appropriate practitioner for your needs. I am here to answer any questions you have about the clinic and our approach.
